JUDGES COMMENTS
- So many delicious samples were on display. Michael has such imaginative combinations and enticing flavors/ VB Fine has rich and flavorful liqueurs. Socola's variety dazzled the taste buds.
- Brigadeiro Sprinkles apricots and white chocolate was melt in the mouth good. The Xocolate Bar's coconut overload was just the right balance of flavors. Godavari's Lost in an Orange Haze is worth having again. Amano's bars were a delight and the packaging most compelling. And aL chocoLate provide a wide range of satisfying fillings.
- The cranberry walnut filling from Sonoma Chocolatiers is perfect for the winter season. tiny B's truffle in a cookie was a clever way to enjoy both textures.
- "This was one of the best shows ever. Every chocolatier outdid themselves. So hard to choose. Hats Off to All!
- AL Chocolate had outstanding fillings. Michael's drink truffles are amazing.
- Flying noirs new flavors and chocolate dazzles the taste buds.
- Rainy Day Chocolate is perfect for any day..

Yummy! Passion fruit flavor, pear, citrus, raspberry, guava, mango… more dark chocolate or white chocolate with pecans or dark cocoa powder pecans or honey walnuts - Among my favorites were Michael's Spiced Pear Caramel and Bourbon Pecan Caramel;
- Socola's Frying Harriet caramels with toasted pecans; That Batch's super Soft Rice Crispie Treat (like the old standby, but with more texture and flavors on steroids!); and Amano's fabulously complex Cuyaga (Venezuela) dark chocolate bar.
- There were so many delicious tastes to enjoy at this year's Holiday Chocolate Salon that it is difficult to name the best of the best!
